Our Services

  • Advice and Accountability Sessions:  Each 60 day program is based on a topic area critical to nonprofit development:  Nonprofit 101, Fundraising, Board Development and Recruitment, Budget and Program Deep Dive or  you can create your own session.  These virtual sessions are held in group or in a 1-1 setting.


  • Fundraising Leave the research and review to us!  We will identify grant opportunities, complete grant applications, review grant applications, develop fundraising plans, brainstorm fundraising ideas and more.  **Grant writing service is only for agencies that have 501(c)3 status (or a fiscal sponsor), an active and engaged board of directors, financial statements that have been audited or reviewed by an outside accountant and services/programs have been provided for a minimum of three years.  Case by case exceptions may be made for startups.  Grant writing service is not offered probono or for a percentage of the grant award.**


  • Membership Site: A one stop location for everything you need to develop your nonprofit!  You'll have access to videos, audio recordings, downloads, templates, a private Facebook group and more! COMING SOON


  • Program Support:  From design, evaluation and audit of existing programs, we can help!


  • Strategy Session:  Everyone can use a boost from time to time and the 60 minute strategy session is just that! Expect to receive a high voltage injection of ideas and strategies to move you closer to your personal and/or professional goal. You'll receive an assessment, a recording of the call, an action plan and a 30 minute follow up call! If you're tired of running around in circles and looking for answers in all the wrong places, this session is for you!


  • Trainings and Workshops interactive and engaging workshops to meet your needs. Customized workshops can be developed upon request.

Capacity Building:  Strategic Planning, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Mergers, etc. (all of the capacity building sessions are created to meet the specific needs of your agency)
  2. Personal Development/Motivational Workshops: You Were Born for This,  Passion to Pursue Your Purpose
